Terms and Conditions

The MS Society of SA & NT (Inc.) conducts the MS Game Changer Lottery and MS Life Changer Lottery. To be eligible to join the MS Gold VIP Club, you agree to purchase a ticket(s) in the MS Game Changer Lottery and/or the MS Life Changer Lottery.

MS Gold VIP Club members must be 18 years, or over, to join.

You can commit to the MS Game Changer Lottery, the MS Life Changer Lottery, or both lotteries. There is no obligation to commit to both lotteries.

You are authorising The MS Society of SA & NT (Inc.) to automatically debit your credit card prior to the launch of each MS Game Changer Lottery and MS Life Changer Lottery, as selected when you joined, for the amount specified, until further notice. This will occur for the $100 per ticket MS Game Changer Lottery (currently once per year) and the $50 per ticket MS Life Changer Lottery (currently three per year), as selected when you joined. Please note:

Once your credit card payment is successful your ticket(s) will be emailed to the nominated email address, provided by you at the time of ticket purchase.

If the payment is unsuccessful, for reasons such as insufficient funds, expired credit card, a dispute, etc., The MS Society of SA & NT (Inc.) cannot guarantee you a ticket(s) in the lottery. It is your responsibility to contact The MS Society of SA & NT (Inc.) with an alternative payment method by calling 1300 983 991.

Please contact The MS Society of SA & NT (Inc) on 1300 983 991 or via email goldvip@msgamechanger.com.au if you need to:

  • cancel your membership at any time.
  • increase or decrease the number of lottery tickets for the MS Game Changer Lottery and MS Life Changer Lottery, as selected when you joined.
  • change your credit card or contact details.

As an MS Gold VIP Club member, your ticket number is randomly selected. Ticket numbers cannot be pre-selected.

Requests for refunds will be actioned prior to the commencement of the draws. Refunds cannot be issued after the prize draws have begun.

Should a lottery be sold out at the time of becoming an MS Gold VIP Club member, you will be placed onto a waitlist for tickets in that lottery. You will still receive tickets in all other future lotteries nominated that are not sold out.

If you are on the waitlist and offered a ticket in a sold out lottery, you must take up that ticket or else forfeit your place on the list. If you are on the waitlist you will receive confirmation of a ticket offer by email no later 2 days prior to the launch of the lottery.
